We offer both a Polyester and Epoxy laminating service
For Epoxy lamination we use Entropy Super Sap ONE Bio Epoxy and for Polyester lamination work we use Silma both market leaders. If you have a board that needs glassing send us a email and we'll send you a quote.
WOODEN BOARDS
We specialise in wooden board lamination and are well versed with the challenges it presents.
We use Super Sap ONE; ONE High Bio-Based Laminating Epoxy is the industry leader for USDA BioPreferredSM certified. ONE is a SUPER SAP® Formulation designed to achieve an excellent balance of high-performance and industry-leading, renewable, bio-based content.
We appreciate the time and craftsmanship that goes into creating a wooden board, we know that a quality lamination will prolong and improve it's life.
We work closely with local wooden board shaper Alen at Lignum Surfboards, glassing and finishing their beautiful creations. Our attention to detail when glassing is second to none. Most wooden boards are glassed with a 2oz or 4oz fibreglass cloth.
